Thank you for your support! By purchasing a product from Lil' Bit Whimsical, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Once your order has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or returned packages. In the case that a package is returned to us unclaimed/unable to be delivered or misdelivered to the wrong address, if an address change was not requested, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Please contact us within a month of the package’s delivery date regarding any issues such as return and/or refund requests. After one month, we will not be held liable for replacements or partial refunds due to negligence.
Shipping and delivery:
Orders will be shipped from the US. Delivery time can vary depending on the buyer’s location. All physical orders will be shipped with tracking, however, please note that full tracking (end to end) is not available for every country.
We offer international shipping from the US, but unfortunately are unable to ship to the following countries at this time due to conflict and/or prohibitively high tariffs. Please see the USPS website for more details on current USPS shipping restrictions:
